Wow! What a great read Day 25, Transformed by Trouble, was. I may have to read this chapter again. This reading, and its correlation to God’s word (the Bible), puts me at ease in regards to the problems I face.
God has a purpose behind every problem.
It is refreshing to know that there are no accidents, just incidents for God’s purpose in our lives. When problems arise, the best thing to do is:
- Remember that God’s plan is good. God knows what is best for you and has your best interest at heart.
- Rejoice and give thanks. The bible tells us to give thanks “in” all circumstances, not “for” all circumstances. This means that when we are going through problem, we thank Him still. Not “for” the problem, but while we are “in” the problem.
- Refuse to give up. Be patient and persistent.
Ask Yourself: What problem in my life has caused the greatest growth in me?
